AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM YOURS TRULY
I had to under go major surgery, January 23rd 2017, here in Penang. The symptons leading up to this, was being ignored I suppose and as ignorance is thought to be easier, I paid a high price to be priviliged to be telling you this. For me to be telling you my story, since creating this group, and my honesty to you, I hope will help you acknowledge the importance it is to change your bad habits. For a few years leading up to this I had a feeling of your gut occasionally being on fire, excessive bleeding while menstruating, low iron reading.....My doctor focused on the lining of the uterus, telling me I had was iron deficient through this problem, when all along it was my own defenses in my gut that was fighting so hard against the real problem. I had a polyp. This polyp opened, my main intestine was actually growing out of this and was ready to explode hence the pains I endured in the lead up to the op, thinking it may have been the change of diet etc being here in Penang and as the local doctor had just thought. But common sense set in, of course this second opinion by a specialist prompted me to have an MRI, was told of my severe situation and the pretty big tumor that was happy to piggy back in this dis eased section of my internals. That evening I was operated on, my main intestine removed and the tumor, which was 6cm in size and was cancerous! Today, fortunately I am ok...and still need regular checks, but having my problem and the great amount of toxicty that was injected over the week of being in hospital, I feel now has only just been expelled because of my maintenance which is extremely important, maintaining my gut health and high immunity. I express from the heart, how poisonous some of these ingredients are in your everyday products from the kitchen, laundry and the bathroom, the processed foods etc, emotional traumas which is only something we hang on to because we think they are important, but are not, may put you into a high price bracket of affecting your health and your life! Contact me,may be I can help you further. Love to support you, too.
SUFFERING FROM HAIR LOSS?
You may be suffering hair loss, right? Your tap water may be the cause. It contains a huge concotion of 'hard metals' including chlorine and limescale, which can cause scalp calcification and hair loss. Some countries have sodium fluoride in their water source which is an active rat poison and does not benefit your health at all as it gets into your bloodstream as does all other chemicals, including lead, nickel and cadmium. These cause dryness and inflammations speeding up the process of hair loss. Skin allergies, hormonal changes, cancer, etc. changing the natural process of the body's cellular level.
Your cellular level can be rejuvenated through a ketosis process and building your immunity.

Wow. So much reminiscing! My life has never been so full of adventures in such a short time.
Magnifique!
Early December 2015, John and I found an advert in the Sunday Mail, in Adelaide, and could not resist the temptation of a rail/sea holiday. How exciting! A fantastic offer for 22 days! We booked straight away for April 2016, plenty of time to give notice, save and the things you do when you want something bad enough. Manifestation of good vibes. Sometimes you just need to make a decision and work out how to do it after! This is a great way not to stall your dreams to goals!
So, flight booked to Sydney, overnight stay at the Mercure near the train station. We had the whole afternoon to explore the Darling Harbour and it's beauty and of course Australian architectural icon, The Opera House.
I recommend the Mercure. We had a lovely stay and served a delicious dinner with a
bottle of bubbly. We had reasons to celebrate!
The Indian Pacific was waiting for us and was actually an easy access to the station with our luggage, so if ever....
We had a welcoming party to greet us and our excitement grew fast. I was sure when I spoke those butterflies were flying from my mouth!
Our cabin was 'Gold' class with 2 bunkbeds, ensuite and for a little cabin it was comfortable. Besides, we had plenty distractions in the bar compartment and dining area, making new friends! Even learnt a new card game.
Now, you may think why did we go to Sydney first when our first stop to Perth, went via Adelaide. We were a glutton for the full ride and we stopped at a few places on the way, after enjoying the gorgeous views and ambience of the Blue Mountains. Our first stop, Broken Hill, we explored the Mining Town by coach and took us up to the Line of Lode Miners Memorial. Some sad stories were narrated and we enjoyed a full view of the Silver City. Our next destination, Adelaide, our home city gave us incentive to visit the Seppeltsfield Winery and learn about the history and I got to taste this exquisite mead, but I cannot remember what is was called! Maggie Beer's Farm Shop in Nurioopta was the next stop for tasting of nibbles and browse the Farm shop and premises. After a while we were ushered into the events section where it was laid out with 3 long tables with seating for the selective passengers that booked this outing. And the food and wine was out of this world! A coach ride back to the station to settle into our bunks was most welcome.
Our ride along the track was a little rocky, especially more so from Sydney but from Adelaide across the Nullabor was a little smoother. It was weird, you know after being on a boat one says you feel like you have sea legs, man this was train ride legs! All so worth it. We stopped in this little ghost town called Cooke. It consisted of a rundown school, swimming pool, (dry as) airstrip, a few houses, a jail! And a handful of people who actually dwell there a few months at a time to help maintain the train and tracks as it passes through. Interesting. I love a Sunburnt country.
Rawlinna was our second to last stop of our journey through nothingness and we indulged in an amazing meal of barbeque meat and salad, seated at long tressles of white cloths and rustic atmosphere and light entertainment from a local band (somewhere) serenaded us while we ate heartily with an abundance of wine to set the mood. Candles and lanterns made the surrounding eerily serene and comfortable. We all boarded with a full stomach and light heads to continue our night as we rolled toward Perth.
A coach took us to our Hotel Novatel near the Swan River and took the opportunity to stretch our legs along the banks and enjoy what civilization offered us. What I saw of Perth, was beautiful and look forward to visiting again. After lunch the next day, another coach drove us to our biggest escapade from the workforce to the oceans surrounding the continent which we call home.

So..we have been to Kangaroo Island, to Moonta (and to Queensland to see John's family) And now we venture on to Sydney to take us on an adventure of a life time! We thought it wasn't going to get any better than this. Together.....Since knowing each other, and being like minded, our vision board..you know, if you read what I have blogged earlier, has quickly set us up to enjoy what we always wanted to do. Hey, you only live once but if you read our intro....I had the second chance, but at this stage I did not know this!
Being stuck in a rut, living to the expectations for others, feeling tired, in a comfort zone, YOU have the power to change. I am not suggesting to do what we have done, baby steps are necessary to build your way to your dreams. Our sharing is your incentive to get it out there.....before it is too late!
Where to now? You will just have to come back to find out more!

Love Adelaide, the beautiful River Torrens
Entrance to the great Adelaide Oval
Living in Adelaide has been a wonderful experience but leaving on our cruise in May last year was the start of the bigger dream. The Law of Attraction works in mysterious ways. Remember the Vision Board and changing your mind set? Hanging out with like minded people? Try it....but be patient and put your words into actions and be aware of those open doors of opportunities...You never know....

The more you know him, the more you admire him. The more you think of him you realise what a truly wonderful person he is. Do not settle for less, do not settle for lukewarm or mild happiness. Lukewarm turns to cold. Mild happiness becomes a kind of nameless sadness, nagging questions, like is this all there is?
The Soulmate is the one that makes life come to life.....
Though, loving and respecting yourself will attract the same but there is nothing better than sharing the love.
And this is exactly what makes our life SO special. Having worked through our previous marriages, bringing up our children, living our life as best as we could with love and sadness, grief and losses, passion and empathy, our journeys had lead us to where we are, today.
Working toward your dream with a special life partner has been very fruitful for us. A change of mindset and hanging out with like minded people inspires us and brings excitement and passion back to our hearts. Reaching out to people and sharing our life and experiences spark the same.
John and I are great followers of Bob Proctor and Jim Rohn. Our wealth inspirations also come from the books Born Rich, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and The Richest Man in Babylon by George S Clason, Zig Ziglar and so many more of the like. These great men are the ones to listen to to make sense of the perfect way of thinking when it comes to a changing the habits of bad choices in the mind to lifestyle wealth and health.

We were very fortunate to have great friends that had a
holiday house at Moonta. John and I spent a few days there just
chilling. John was in Security for a few years, shift work etc, when he moved to Adelaide, so any time away from the everyday mundane was always welcomed. Moonta is in SA, driving up through to Yorke Penisula.
It is a small but quaint township but quite renowned for their
shared copper mining It was also known as 'Little Cornwall'. Moonta was derived from the aboriginal word 'moontera'
meaning 'thick scrub place'.
Just a few piccies from our stay there a couple of years ago.
Just a tad cool. Beautiful walk along the beach breathing in the fresh air and sunshine to warm our souls. Just a bit more dried seaweed than expected though. I was sitting there for a while watching two labradors running and playing in the distant
kicking up the weed while having a ball.
View from the jetty
Great lunch at The Seagate. The oysters were
one of the freshest and tastiest, ever!
And amazing sunsets.
This has been only the beginning to our Great New Life!
Baby steps always come first....
